Welcome to Pine Bank Boer Goat Farm. We are located in South Central Ohio, near Piketon. We began raising nubian goats in 1997 and purchased our first Full blood Boer buck in the fall of 1998. Our herd consist of Two Full blood Boer Bucks, Thirty does. Our primary goal is to supply the local youth with 4-H market wethers. We also sell percentage and full blood breeding stock. We are member of the Ohio Boer Goat Association and the American Boer Goat Association. Timothy is the current Treasurer of the O.H.B.G.A.

We have had great success with our wethers at the local county fair (Pike). Our first set of wethers were nubian and did very well, but it didn't take long to realize that we were going to need the influence of the Boer breed if we were going to compete in the show ring. The first boer wether that was purchased from our farm was a March wether that weighed 78 pounds at the end of July and went on to win the class. We were very pleased with the growth and the meat that the boer breed added to our 4-H wethers. We have had several class winners over the past few years. Although we have not won the show yet, we have been very competitive in a show that has had over 100 market goats in it the past couple of years.

The 2003 Pike Co. Fair Goat show was a great success. The show consisted of 104 market goats and around 30 meat breeding does. We had 5 class winners and were very pleased.

In 2004 we continued having good luck with our wethers. We had the Reserve Champion Market Goat, which was also the Best Pike Co. Market Goat. We had the Reserve Best Pike Co. Market Goat. We had 3 class winners, the show had 87 market goats all together.

Congratulations to Josh Blanton for showing the Reserve Champion, Best Pike Co. Market Goat and 2 class winner. Congratulation to Keri Fields for showing the Reserve Best Pike Co. Market Goat and a class winner.

Congratulation to Andie Klinger for showing the 2005 Reserve Best Pike Co. Market Goat, Countrey Harness for showing the Rate of Gain Champion --this wether was born on March 7th and was 89lbs. on August 1st, Josh Blanton for showing two Class Winners, and Karlie Fields for showing a Class Winner
